The criteria used for selection of habitats for inclusion in
Local BAPs* varies greatly and is specific to each LBAP. Plans vary
both in scope -from Broad Habitats to specific UKBAP habitats; to
scale - working with habitats at a county to a city level. While
this may seem confusing many of the LBAPs share common objectives
and targets and work to preserve and recreate similar habitats.
